Welcome to StoreLinks, operated by PascalLinks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing products, or selling on StoreLinks, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the platform.

1. What StoreLinks is

StoreLinks is a multi-vendor marketplace. We provide the platform that connects independent sellers with buyers — we are not the seller of the products listed on the site unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Each store on StoreLinks is run by an independent seller who is responsible for their own listings, pricing, stock, and fulfillment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.

3. Selling on StoreLinks

Anyone can apply to open a store. By opening a store, you agree to:

• List only products you have the legal right to sell, with accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock levels
• Process and ship orders promptly once payment is confirmed or cash-on-delivery orders are placed
• Keep your Mobile Money payout details accurate and up to date
• Not list counterfeit goods, stolen items, illegal substances, weapons, or any product prohibited under Ghanaian law
• Respond to buyer messages and disputes in good faith

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any store that violates these terms, receives repeated valid complaints, or engages in fraudulent activity.

4. Buying on StoreLinks

When you place an order, you're entering into a purchase agreement directly with the seller of that item. StoreLinks facilitates the transaction and payment but is not a party to the sale itself. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include any fees stated at checkout; delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm payment.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed through Paystack, supporting card and Mobile Money payments. Cash-on-delivery is available on select orders at the seller's discretion. StoreLinks does not store your card or Mobile Money PIN — that information is handled directly by Paystack under their own security standards.

6. Returns, refunds & disputes

Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers unless a product arrives damaged, significantly not as described, or the seller fails to deliver — in which case contact us and we'll help mediate. We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve issues directly first; if that doesn't work, our support team can step in.

7. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with a product or seller. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or reviews posted in exchange for compensation are not allowed and may be removed.

8. Limitation of liability

StoreLinks is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for losses arising from seller conduct, product quality, delivery delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of StoreLinks after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
